Hi! I’m Brendon. I started hitting the gym at 15, and I’ve been hooked ever since. What started as a physical journey soon turned into a passion for the mental “high” I feel during and after every workout. The gym has given me resilience, strength, and confidence, becoming a steady constant through life’s highs and lows. It’s the balance I need to navigate the chaos of daily life, always helping me stay grounded and focused. I’ve always felt a deep desire to help others, and after experiencing firsthand the transformative power of fitness and the supportive community it creates, I realized that becoming a fitness coach is my true calling.
